| 1 1/2 | cups | Raspberries | fresh | |
| 2 | tablespoon | Vinegar, Sherry Wine | ||
| 2 | tablespoon | Lemon Juice | fresh | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Shallot | minced | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | Mustard Powder | ||
| 1/2 | cup | Oil, Olive | ||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | Salt | ||
| 1/8 | teaspoon | Sugar | ||
| 3 | sprig | Thyme | minced leaves |
Instructions
1.
Mash the raspberries in a strainer over a bowl to collect the juice. Dispose of the seeds.
2.
Place all the ingredients in the TM (or a blender) and process for about 5 seconds at speed 5.
