Ingredients

220.0220.0gramPickels, Dillchopped
1.00.56tablespoonDillfresh, minced
1.05.08teaspoonLemon Juice
1.04.73teaspoonSugar, Granulated
0.250.57teaspoonPepper, Blackground
2.06.25teaspoonOnion, Chopped

Instructions

1. 

Assemble ingredients.

2. 

Chop the pickles finely. A lot of liquid will accumulate. Strain the pickle pieces to remove, but reserve, the liquid. Failing to strain might result in the tartar sauce being too thin.

3. 

Mix all ingredients. Add some of the pickle liquid to thin to desired consistency.
