2.0 TBSPVinegar, Cider

1.0 tspPepper, White

Instructions

  1. beat eggs in blender
    make sure oil and eggs are the same temperature. Add oil slowly, in small stream add remaining ingredients and mix

  2. You can add fresh tarragon if you like. Mince it, and add it to the processor early on.
