Cream Sauce for Mushrooms

Ingredients

0.5 cloveGarlic
1.0 ounceShallots
1.0 TBSPVinegar, White Wine
1.0 TBSPWine, White
0.5 cupCream, Heavy

Instructions

  1. Cook some garlic and shallots in some white wine vinegar and some white
    wine. When almost dry, add heavy cream. Sauce the side of the plate with
    the shrooms in the middle
