Slowly warm the extra virgin olive oil with 2 tablespoons rosemary
(or given amount of dried rosemary) and 2 garlic cloves until the
garlic begins to color, about 3 minutes. Turn off the heat and set
aside until needed. (Watch the garlic so that it doesn't burn or
it will become bitter.)
