Chocolate Cake

Ingredients

2.0 cupFlour, all-purpose, sifted
2.0 cupSugar
1.0 tspBaking Powder
2.0 tspBaking Soda
0.75 cupCocoa
1.0 cupMilk
0.5 cupButter, melted
1.0 cupcoffee
1.0 tspVanilla Extract
2.0 eachEgg

Instructions

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.

  2. Add wet ingredients except eggs.

  3. Add eggs and beat with a mixer till well blended.

  4. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 12 cake pan and bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
