| 0.4 lb | Tomatoes, grape, sliced |
| 0.2 lb | Cucumber, diced |
| 0.18 lb | Onion, Red, minced |
| 0.18 lb | Pepper, Bell, yellor or orange, diced |
| 1.0 each | Mangos, diced |
| 0.5 cup | Cilantro, minced |
| 1.0 each | Lemon, juice only |
| 1.0 each | Lime, Juice only |
| 1.0 each | Oranges, Juice only |
| 0.5 each | Pepper, Poblano Chile, fine dice |
Slice the tomatoes sideways.
Finely dice the bell pepper.
Dice the remaining vegetables and the mango to a similar size.
Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Adjust seasoning with salt and sugar.Cover and chill.
NOTE: The poblano chili is optional. Add more or less to your taste. I have a very low tolerance for chili and my recipes reflect that. This can be seasoned to your tastes.
