Corn Fritters

Ingredients

3.0 eachEgg
2.0 cupCorn, fresh, cut off cob
2.0 TBSPMilk
1.0 tspBaking Powder
1.0 TBSPButter, melted
0.5 tspsalt
0.125 tspPepper, Black, fine grind
1.0 cupFlour, all-purpose

Instructions

  1. Clean the corn.

  2. Cut the corn off the cobs.

  3. Beat the eggs. Add the milk, baking powder and seasonings. Stir in the butter and the eggs. Add the flour using only enough to make a batter.

  4. Fry in oil at 350 degrees.
