Ingredients

0.3 cupSoy Sauce
2.0 TBSPLime Juice, fresh
5.0 cloveGarlic
2.0 tspCumin, ground
1.0 tsppaprika
0.5 tspOregano, ground
1.0 TBSPOil, vegetable
1.0 eachChicken, Whole, quartered

Instructions

  1. Marinate Chicken: Blend soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cuming, paprika oregano, 1/2 tsp pepper, and oil in a blender. Put chicken in a large sealable bag and add marinade. Seal bag and marinade, refrigerated, 8-24 hrs.

    Grill until cooked through. Also good or boneless and sauteed.
