Swedish Meatball Sauce

Ingredients

2.0 TBSPButter
3.0 TBSPFlour, all-purpose
750.0 gramStock, Chicken
2.0 TBSPSugar, brown
125.0 gramCream, Heavy
1.0 TBSPLemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Add butter, flour, stock sugar and salt and pepper to taste to the TM bowl. Process at speed 5, temp 90C, for 12 minutes.

  2. Stir in the cream and lemon juice.
