| 1.0 cup | Yogurt, Greek if available |
| 1.0 clove | Garlic |
| 0.125 tsp | salt |
| 1.5 tsp | Oil, Olive |
| 1.0 TBSP | Vinegar, Tarragon |
| 1.0 TBSP | Tarragon, fresh minced |
Smash the garlic with the side of a knife, and make it into a paste with the salt. Place in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk together. Allow to sit in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
