Korean Bean Sprout Soup

Ingredients

1.0 bagBean Sprout, rinsed
3.0 cloveGarlic, minced
1.0 sliceginger, fresh, 1" piece, cleaned and sliced
2.0 eachPepper, Jalapeno, Seeded and thinly sliced
3.0 eachScallions, sliced
0.25 tspsalt, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add the first 4 ingredients to a pot and cover with water. Bring to a boil. Allow to boil for 3 minutes. Adjust salt. Top with scallions and serve. Can add more Jalapenos to taste.
