1.0 eachMangos, peeled and diced
1.0 TBSPButter
1.0 tspsalt
3.0 cupCoconut Water
1.5 cupRice, Jasmine

Instructions

  1. Assemble ingredients

  2. Bring coconut water, butter, and salt to a boil.

  3. Add rice and simmer at lowest possible temperature for 15 minutes

  4. Mix in the mango and cucumber.
