| 1.0 each | Cucumber, sliced thin |
| 1.0 each | Mangos, peeled and diced |
| 1.0 TBSP | Butter |
| 1.0 tsp | salt |
| 3.0 cup | Coconut Water |
| 1.5 cup | Rice, Jasmine |
Assemble ingredients
Bring coconut water, butter, and salt to a boil.
Add rice and simmer at lowest possible temperature for 15 minutes
Mix in the mango and cucumber.
