Cantaloupe Salad

Ingredients

3.0 gramAmaretto Liqueur
0.25 cupwater
0.25 cupSugar
1.0 eachLemon
13.0 gramBasil, Fresh
9.0 gramMint
1.0 eachCantaloupe, cut up

Instructions

  1. Cut up a cantaloupe

  2. Clean mint and basil.

  3. Juice the lemon. Strain to catch seeds. Should be about 1/4 cup.

  4. Add sugar to water in a small saucepan. Heat just till sugar dissolves. Cool.

  5. Combine all ingredients except cantaloupe in a blender and process.

  6. Toss the dressing and the cantaloupe. Chill and serve.
