| 0.25 cup | water |
| 0.25 cup | Sugar |
| 1.0 each | Lemon |
| 13.0 gram | Basil, Fresh |
| 9.0 gram | Mint |
| 1.0 each | Cantaloupe, cut up |
Cut up a cantaloupe
Clean mint and basil.
Juice the lemon. Strain to catch seeds. Should be about 1/4 cup.
Add sugar to water in a small saucepan. Heat just till sugar dissolves. Cool.
Combine all ingredients except cantaloupe in a blender and process.
Toss the dressing and the cantaloupe. Chill and serve.
