Beef Ravioli

Ingredients

1.0 lbGround Beef
0.5 tspGarlic Powder
0.5 tspOnion Powder
0.5 tspRosemary, dried, crushed
0.5 tspsalt
0.5 tspBasil, Dried
0.5 tspOregano
0.25 tspBlack Pepper, ground
35.0 gramcheese, grated parmesan
35.0 gramCheese, Romano
0.4 gramCheese, Mozzarella, grated, minced while cold
0.33 cupRicotta

Instructions

  1. Brown the beef breaking it up into small pieces. Add all ingredients except the cheeses and cook till the seasonings become fragrant.

  2. Allow beef mixture to cool. When cool, mix in all 4 cheeses, combining until uniform.

  3. Use a Tablespoon of filling, compacted, to fill ravioli. (see pasta recipe)
