Ingredients

5.0 eachEgg
5.0 ounceFlour, all-purpose
0.667 cupMilk
0.25 cupCream, Heavy
0.5 tspSalt, Morton Kosher
5.0 TBSPButter, unsalted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425 F.

  2. Combine all ingredients except the butter in a bowl.

  3. Melt the butter in a 12 inch cast iron skillet.

  4. Pour batter into pan with the butter.

  5. Place skillet into the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
