| 0.667 cup | Milk |
| 0.25 cup | Cream, Heavy |
| 0.5 tsp | Salt, Morton Kosher |
| 5.0 TBSP | Butter, unsalted |
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Combine all ingredients except the butter in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a 12 inch cast iron skillet.
Pour batter into pan with the butter.
Place skillet into the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
