50.0 gramVanilla Sugar
30.0 gramSugar, Confectioners
1.0 eachEgg Yolks
8.0 gramFlour, all-purpose
9.0 gramVanilla Bean Paste
2.0 gramVanilla Extract
0.25 tspSalt, Morton Kosher

Instructions

  1. Put cream cheese in the bowl of a mixer and mix until smooth.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and beat with the paddle until uniform. Scrape down as needed.
