| 2.0 lb | Tomatoes, Cut into chunks |
| 1.0 lb | watermelon, Cubed |
| 1.0 rib | Celery, Peeled to remove strings and diced |
| 2.0 each | Shallots, Diced |
| 1.0 tsp | Chili powder |
| 2.0 clove | Garlic, Minced |
| 1.0 some | Black Pepper, ground, To taste |
| 1.0 some | Salt, Morton Kosher, To taste |
Cut up the tomatoes and place in a large bowl food processor.
Cut up the watermelon and add.
Add the celery and onion. Process a bit.
Add the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Process until gazpacho reaches desired consistency and chill.
