| 4.0 ounce | Butter, melted |
| 2.0 cup | sugar, granulated |
| 0.5 cup | Cream, Heavy, Amaretto Creamer if available |
| 0.25 cup | Cocoa, dark |
| 1.0 pinch | salt |
| 1.0 cup | Peanut Butter |
| 1.0 TBSP | Vanilla Extract |
| 3.0 TBSP | Amaretto Liqueur |
| 3.0 cup | oatmeal, uncooked |
Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes.
Add next 3 ingredients and stir
Stir in oatmeal
When well mixed drop by tablespoon on waxed paper or parchment. Allow to cool.
