Tomato Butter Sauce

4.0 TBSPButter
3.0 cloveGarlic, sliced
340.0 gramTomatoes, grape, or cherry cut in half
2.0 tspVinegar, Apple Cider
0.25 tspsalt
0.25 tspBlack Pepper, ground
2.0 TBSPBasil, Fresh, shredded

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, swirling saucepan occasionally, until butter is very foamy and garlic is pale golden brown, 2 to 3 minutes. Off heat, add tomatoes and vinegar; cover and set aside
