Ingredients

4.0 TBSP(30ml) Dijon mustard
4.0 TBSPHorseradish
0.5 cupVinegar, Tarragon
2.0 TBSPKetchup
1.0 TBSPpaprika
1.0 tspsalt
1.0 cloveGarlic
1.0 cupOil
1.0 bunchScallions (green onions), include tops
4.0 ribCelery, include leaves if any
5.0 lbShrimp, peeled, deveined, and cooked

Instructions

  1. Puree everything except the shrimp

  2. Marinate shrimp in the sauce for at least 4 hours
