Heat a medium pot of water to 170 degrees.
Add tea and let steep for 10 minutes
Meanwhile, juice the lemon and the lime. Put sugar into the iced tea container.
After the 10 minutes, strain the tea into the tea container and mix to disolve sugar.
Add the sprig of mint, and the juices. Mix well.
Add ice to the top of the container and stir to chill down.
Serve with a lime or lemon slice and a small sprig of mint.
