  • 2.0 tablespoonLime Juice
  • 5.0 cloveGarlic
  • 2.0 teaspoonCumin
  • 1.0 teaspoonpaprika
  • 0.5 teaspoonOregano
  • 1.0 tablespoonOil, vegetable
  • 1.0 eachChicken, Whole

Instructions

Marinate Chicken: Blend soy sauce, lime juice, garlic, cuming, paprika oregano, 1/2 tsp pepper, and oil in a blender. Put chicken in a large sealable bag and add marinade. Seal bag and marinade, refrigerated, 8-24 hrs.

Grill until cooked through. Also good or boneless and sauteed.
