  • 4.0 tablespoonMustard, Dijon
  • 4.0 tablespoonmustard seed
  • 1.0 cupwater
  • 1.5 cupSugar
  • 4.0 eachpears, d'Anjou

Instructions

Place all ingredients into a small saucepan, bring to a boil and simmer till thickened and pears are tender.

NOTE: This works best with firm pears
NOTE: You can add some cayenne or pepper flakes to taste.
