300 | grams | Sugar, Granulated | ||
1 | pounds | Almond Paste | not marzipan |
Break almond paste into chunks and add sugar to bowl of food processor.
Process till sugar in integrated with paste.
Add extracts and process. Add egg whites slowly and allow dough to knead for a bit.
Divide into individual portions. Here, I used about 75 grams.
Roll out cookie in the almonds.
Bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes till golden.
