
| 2 | pounds | Tomatoes | Cut into chunks |
| 1 | pounds | Watermelon | Cubed |
| 1 | rib | Celery | Peeled to remove strings and diced |
| 2 | each | Shallots | Diced |
| 1 | teaspoon | Chili Powder | |
| 2 | clove | Garlic | Minced |
| 1 | some | Black Pepper, Ground | To taste |
| 1 | some | Salt, Morton Kosher | To taste |

Cut up the tomatoes and place in a large bowl food processor.

Cut up the watermelon and add.

Add the celery and onion. Process a bit.

Add the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.
Process until gazpacho reaches desired consistency and chill.
