Ingredients

2poundsTomatoes Cut into chunks
1poundsWatermelon Cubed
1ribCelery Peeled to remove strings and diced
2eachShallots Diced
1teaspoonChili Powder 
2cloveGarlic Minced
1someBlack Pepper, Ground To taste
1someSalt, Morton Kosher To taste

Instructions

1. 

Cut up the tomatoes and place in a large bowl food processor.

2. 

Cut up the watermelon and add.

3. 

Add the celery and onion. Process a bit.

4. 

Add the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.

5. 

Process until gazpacho reaches desired consistency and chill.
