Ingredients   

2poundsTomatoesCut into chunks
1poundsWatermelonCubed
1ribCeleryPeeled to remove strings and diced
2eachShallotsDiced
1teaspoonChili Powder
2cloveGarlicMinced
1someBlack Pepper, GroundTo taste
1someSalt, Morton KosherTo taste

Instructions

1. 

Cut up the tomatoes and place in a large bowl food processor.

2. 

Cut up the watermelon and add.

3. 

Add the celery and onion. Process a bit.

4. 

Add the garlic, chili powder, salt and pepper.

5. 

Process until gazpacho reaches desired consistency and chill.
