2 | each | Scallions |
cook the miso, sugar, and oj till dissolved.
Dry shrimp (or substitute scallops). Cut scallions into pieces.
Thread shrimp and scallions on skewers and brush with dressing. Grill.... brush with some more dressing. Sprinkle with chopped scallion greens and serve.
