Ingredients

1cupYogurt Greek if available
1cloveGarlic 
1/8teaspoonSalt 
1 1/2teaspoonOil, Olive  
1tablespoonVinegar, Tarragon 
1tablespoonTarragon fresh minced

Instructions

1. 

Smash the garlic with the side of a knife, and make it into a paste with the salt. Place in a bowl.

2. 

Add remaining ingredients and whisk together. Allow to sit in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
