| 1 | clove | Garlic | |
| 1/8 | teaspoon | Salt | |
| 1 1/2 | teaspoon | Oil, Olive | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vinegar, Tarragon | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Tarragon | fresh minced |
Smash the garlic with the side of a knife, and make it into a paste with the salt. Place in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and whisk together. Allow to sit in fridge for at least an hour before serving.
