| 2 | teaspoon | Oil, Sesame | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Oyster Sauce | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Whiskey | |
| 1 | dash | Garlic Powder | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | Sugar | |
| 2 | tablespoon | Soy Sauce | |
| 2 | tablespoon | Corn Starch |
Instructions
1.
Mix the shrimp, sesame oil, sugar, oyster sauce and whiskey.
Add Soy Sauce and mix
Add corn Starch and mix
Add oil and mix. Set aside.
Stir fry in hot wok.
