Preheat oven to 400 F.
Mix and scale into 4 portions
Roll out to even thickness. Dough is stiff, so sometimes it helps to hammer the dough with the rolling pin.
Lay the dough out on the back of a sheet pan and use a straight edge and pizza cuter to cut to shape/size.
Bake at 400ï¿ƒï¾ƒï¿¢ï¾€ï¾šï¿ƒï¾‚ï¿‚ï¾°F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn oven off and leave in oven for 2 hours to dry them out.
