Ingredients

1 1/2cupsRaspberries fresh
2tablespoonVinegar, Sherry Wine 
2tablespoonLemon Juice fresh
1teaspoonShallot minced
1/8teaspoonMustard Powder 
1/2cupOil, Olive  
1/8teaspoonSalt 
1/8teaspoonSugar 
3sprigsThyme minced leaves

Instructions

1. 

Mash the raspberries in a strainer over a bowl to collect the juice. Dispose of the seeds.

2. 

Place all the ingredients in the TM (or a blender) and process for about 5 seconds at speed 5.
