| 1/4 | cup | Water | |
| 1/4 | cup | Sugar | |
| 1 | each | Lemon | |
| 13 | gram | Basil, Fresh | |
| 9 | gram | Mint | |
| 1 | each | Cantaloupe | cut up |

Cut up a cantaloupe

Clean mint and basil.

Juice the lemon. Strain to catch seeds. Should be about 1/4 cup.

Add sugar to water in a small saucepan. Heat just till sugar dissolves. Cool.

Combine all ingredients except cantaloupe in a blender and process.

Toss the dressing and the cantaloupe. Chill and serve.
