Amaretto No-Bake Cookies

| 4 | ounce | Butter | melted |
| 2 | cups | Sugar, Granulated | |
| 1/2 | cup | Cream, Heavy | Amaretto Creamer if available |
| 1/4 | cup | Cocoa | dark |
| 1 | pinch | Salt | |
| 1 | cup | Peanut Butter | |
| 1 | tablespoon | Vanilla Extract | |
| 3 | tablespoon | Amaretto Liqueur | |
| 3 | cups | Oatmeal, Uncooked |
Instructions
1.
Place first 5 ingredients in a microwave proof bowl and microwave for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave for 2 more minutes.
2.
Add next 3 ingredients and stir
3.
Stir in oatmeal
4.
When well mixed drop by tablespoon on waxed paper or parchment. Allow to cool.
