| 1 | bunch | Scallions (Green Onions) | include tops |
| 4 | rib | Celery | include leaves if any |
| 5 | pounds | Shrimp | peeled, deveined, and cooked |
Puree everything except the shrimp
Marinate shrimp in the sauce for at least 4 hours
