Ingredients   

15gramButter 
220gramsRice
150gramSugar
225gramWater
850gramsMilk
1/2teaspoonSalt
1/2teaspoonVanilla
115gramCream, Heavy 
1eachEgg

Instructions

1. 

Assemble ingredients.

2. 

Add butter, rice, sugar, water, milk, and salt to rice maker.

3. 

Set your rice maker for sticky rice (the long white rice setting with pressure).

4. 

When done, the top will look normal

5. 

But, when you stir the pudding, it will have caramelized a bit on the bottom. This adds flavor to the pudding.

6. 

Beat the egg in a small bowl and mix in the cream.

7. 

Stir some of the hot rice into the egg mixture to temper the mixture.

8. 

Add the egg mixture to the pudding.

9. 

Stir.

10. 

Optionally, stir in some raisins. The heat of the pudding will soften the raisins, but you can soak them first if you prefer.

11. 

Chill and serve
