1/4cupOil, Olive  
1/4cupLemon Juice 
1tablespoonHoney 
1/2cupFigs, Dried, Chopped 
1/2cupMint chopped
1/4cupPistachios 

Instructions

1. 

Bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Salt to taste and add couscous. Cook till tender.

2. 

Combine remaining ingredients, chill and serve.
