Ingredients   

136gramMayonnaise
220gramPickels, Dillchopped
1tablespoonDillfresh, minced
1teaspoonLemon Juice
1teaspoonSugar, Granulated
1/4teaspoonPepper, Blackground
2teaspoonOnion, Chopped

Instructions

1. 

Assemble ingredients.

2. 

Chop the pickles finely. A lot of liquid will accumulate. Strain the pickle pieces to remove, but reserve, the liquid. Failing to strain might result in the tartar sauce being too thin.

3. 

Mix all ingredients. Add some of the pickle liquid to thin to desired consistency.
