Ingredients

64gramOats, Rolled 
300gramsWater boiling
113gramWater cold
2tablespoonButter  
345gramsFlour, All Purpose 
117gramFlour, Whole Wheat 
55gramMolasses 
6gramYeast, Instant 
8gramSalt 
1eachEgg Beaten w/ 1 t. water

Instructions

1. 

Mix the oats, boiling water and butter in a bowl. Allow to stand for about 10 minutes.

2. 

Add remaining ingredients, except the egg, and mix for about 10 minutes or till gluten develops.

3. 

Turn out dough, fold a few times and shape into a ball. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and allow to rise until doubled.

4. 

Divide into 12 pieces. Roll into balls

5. 

Place balls in greased round cake pan. Cover and allow to double until doubled in size. (rolls will peak above pan.

6. 

Preheat to 375 F.

7. 

Brush with egg wash and bake till internal temperature is 195 F.
