2cupsCorn fresh, cut off cob
2tablespoonMilk 
1teaspoonBaking Powder 
1tablespoonButter  melted
1/2teaspoonSalt 
1/8teaspoonPepper, Black fine grind
1cupFlour, All Purpose 

Instructions

1. 

Clean the corn.

2. 

Cut the corn off the cobs.

3. 

Beat the eggs. Add the milk, baking powder and seasonings. Stir in the butter and the eggs. Add the flour using only enough to make a batter.

4. 

Fry in oil at 350 degrees.
