| 1/4 | cup | Cream, Heavy | |
| 1/2 | teaspoon | Salt, Morton Kosher | |
| 5 | tablespoon | Butter | unsalted |
Preheat oven to 425 F.
Combine all ingredients except the butter in a bowl.
Melt the butter in a 12 inch cast iron skillet.
Pour batter into pan with the butter.
Place skillet into the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
