Ingredients

5ouncesFlour, All Purpose
667/1000cupMilk
1/4cupCream, Heavy 
1/2teaspoonSalt, Morton Kosher
5tablespoonButter unsalted

Instructions

1. 

Preheat oven to 425 F.

2. 

Combine all ingredients except the butter in a bowl.

3. 

Melt the butter in a 12 inch cast iron skillet.

4. 

Pour batter into pan with the butter.

5. 

Place skillet into the oven and bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
